Why I created this Notion template
Every night it's the same thing. It's time to eat and you have absolutely no idea what you can prepare.
After a long day at work, the last thing you want to do is think about what to cook. So, most of the time you prepare a quick dish in a few minutes but not really balanced and poor in nutrients. The other option would be to eat out or have it delivered but this can quickly get expensive.
I was exactly like this before I started planning my meals for the week ahead.
I always ate the same dishes, often pasta or rice with meat, without any vegetables and without wondering if my diet was good.
I needed a place where I could store recipes and plan for the week.
That's why I decided to create this Notion template. A simple system where I can save the recipes I find in one click and plan them into my week.
I have been using this system for over a year now and it has greatly improved my life. Every night I know exactly what I'm going to eat, how much prep time it takes, and I'm sure I have all the necessary ingredients.
As was the case for me, planning your meals in advance will allow you to eat better, save time, reduce mental load, stop food waste and spend less money.
